24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled reformer pilates session. Cancellations of your booking made within 24 hours of the session and no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit or session payment. Exceptions may be considered for documented emergencies at the studio’s discretion.
